Billings Precision Windshield grew out of a third-generation family glass business that has worked in downtown Billings for more than 30 years. The shop sets windshields for commuters, ranchers, freight drivers and families heading to Yellowstone, and it is one of the few in the region that handles motor home glass.
Montana is hard on glass. Gravel trucks, MDT traction sand, summer hail and chinook temperature swings mean a chip in Billings rarely stays a chip. So the work is built around speed: rock chips walk in, most windshields are set in about two hours, and the forward camera is recalibrated before the vehicle leaves.
Every replacement starts with the right glass for your VIN, a clean and primed pinch weld and urethane rated for the day's temperature, because the windshield carries up to 60% of the cabin's strength in a rollover. See our services or the towns we serve.

If a chip can be filled for a fraction of the price of a windshield, we say so, even when it means a smaller ticket.
We confirm your comprehensive coverage, file the claim and bill the insurer, so you deal with one phone call instead of five.
Cameras and sensors are moved, recalibrated and tested in the same visit. You drive away with lane keeping and braking working as they should.
Send us the year, make and model and a photo of the damage if you have one. We check the glass part, the camera and your insurance, then give you a price and a time slot the same day.
